        I was recommended a root canal treatment due to a deep tooth cavity. One of my friends recommended Hayes. I was very nervous but Dr Heena explained the procedure and put me at ease. I did not feel any pain during the root canal treatment and am very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

        It was another Sunday and my dad was in excruciating tooth pain and I was desperately looking for a dental clinic which would be open. That’s how I discovered Hayes Dental. And what a serendipitous discovery it has been. My dad and later on I, swear by Hayes Dental. We have had tooth extraction, teeth cleaning, tooth implant done here and we have been tended to by Dr Heena Cariappa, Dr Schuyler Periera and Dr Mudit Kedia.

          A two page review is what I promised Dr. Karthik when I got my braces off after 2 years!! 😄 I cannot begin to express what a smooth journey the last couple years have been at Hayes Dental. Whoever said braces would hurt, I sympathize with them, because other than a light pressure on the day my wire was changed and tightened, I had absolutely no pain the rest of the time!Every single step of my journey with Hayes Dental was explained to me on day one, including the cost and steps in my treatment, the kind of food to eat and to avoid, and the care to be taken of my retainers post-treatment. The number of doubts and the times I've asked Dr. Karthik when my braces will come off, was so excessive, that I'm surprised his patience is still intact! XDI lived out of state for most of my appointments and there was a time constraint on completing my treatment, since I was leaving for my higher education. But both Dr. Karthik and the dental assistants was so accomodating of my time while fixing appointments. I not only concluded my treatment with a straight of set teeth, but in such a short time, and on point with my schedule!Dr. Karthik was very approachable throughout my journey. I could message him any time my braces felt uncomfortable, and he has also been checking in post-treatment! Moreover, all the instruments used in my treatment were contemporary and new, nothing was outdated, that includes my retainers (literally invisible). You just automatically knew, everything and everyone was well experienced.It was only when I saw the before and after pictures of my teeth, that I realised how messed up they initially were! I would highly recommend Hayes Dental, as the entire team works on providing the exact results they claim with your dental journey!PS: I really wanted to add in, talking about the ambience of the clinic, because it is gorgeous! There's always rock music from the 80s and 90s playing in the lobby and it is an absolute vibe! I couldn't even be ashamed to say that I'd bring my friends in with me, just for the clinic's playlist and it's aesthetic!! 😅

          I had an amazing experience with Hayes Dental and Dr. Heena Cariappa specifically. I had an unfortunate incident where my front tooth fell out unexpectedly the night before I had to fly to a wedding in Kolkata. Dr. Cariappa was incredibly professional and sympathetic and went out of her way to accommodate my emergency condition. She was able to install a fake tooth quickly and effectively so that I could leave on time for my flight and smile at all the wedding events! I really can't thank the team enough for all their hard work and dedication and I definitely recommend their clinic wholeheartedly. Thank you again Dr. Cariappa!!

          Two years ago I have started the journey with hayes dental..for my tooth alignment fix and a better smile... Met Dr Heena over there ,she has done my through analysis of teeths .. the approach was a very systematic one with start of cleaning ..gums cures and everything that goes well for me ...she is very optimistic doctor who never lets you down ...with her smiling nature I never felt that am visiting a doctor ......she guided me the correct way of brushing the teeths which as a person I was not aware..she put all her efforts to make you understand about the process ...she guide so well with everything ...a very patient doctor that I have ever met.All the staffs in hayes Dental are so supportive and helpful with the whole process...for me and my family Hayes dental is one stop clinic ..Am really thankful to Dr Heena and her team who had made my journey smooth and gave me a brighter smile..A highly recommended dental clinic !!!!           We visited Hayes Dental for my son’s crossbite treatment, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, the doctor carefully examined the issue and suggested a treatment plan, explaining that it might take a year or two. To our surprise, the treatment was successfully completed in just 10 months!What truly stood out was the doctor’s kindness and patience with my son, who is usually scared of doctors and hospitals. The doctor made him feel so comfortable that he actually looked forward to visits—a big win for us as parents!Additionally, the clinic offered us a flexible payment option, which made the financial aspect stress-free and manageable.Overall, we’re extremely happy with the care and treatment provided.
